Shipping Policies:

UPS Shipping rates are calculated at the time of check out using real time rates. Hampton & Co. does not charge a handling fee for any of our items. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Hampton & Co. ships to the US and UK only.

You may track order shipments by clicking on the UPS link (provided on the confirmation email). This will take you directly to the UPS website where you’ll enter the tracking order provided.

Returns:

All merchandise must be accompanied by a receipt. In all cases, the items must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached. Should a receipt not accompany the item, the lowest sale amount will be given as a refund, in the form of store credit only. Returns or exchanges are accepted at our store or by mail with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase.

Customized merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Handbags, Jewelry, Gift Cards, Customized Merchandise, and Swimwear

Return Shipping:

Hampton & Co. provides a return form with each package.

Just click here to download a return form if yours has been misplaced. You can use any carrier you chose, but return packages must be trackable. Hampton & Co. is not responsible for any packages lost during the returns process if tracking information is not provided. Original shipping fees are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly. All returns will be processed within 21 days. We will notify you by email when this has been done.

Web Order Processing:

Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours of when they are placed. Any order placed after 12 pm (EST) will be processed on the next business day. We regret that once an order has been placed we are unable to make changes. This includes cancellations as well.
